When to expect your first issue

Upon purchasing a subscription, you can expect it will take a few weeks for your first print issue of the magazine to arrive. Issue delivery will depend on your location. 

If you're a subscriber located in the United States

You can expect to receive your first issue 4-6 weeks from order date

If you're a subscriber located in Canada

You can expect to receive your first issue 6-7 week from order date

If you're a subscriber located outside of the United States or Canada

You can expect to receive your first issue 7-8 weeks from order date

Each issue should arrive before the first day of the named cover month. For example, you should receive your November issue by November 1. For The Atlantic's double issues, the first month is the named cover month.

Subscriptions mailed outside the United States or Canada may take an extra few weeks to deliver. If you haven’t been receiving magazines on time, please let us know.
