How do I update my personal information?

You may update your own basic information at any time through your App Account and clicking on your Account Details in the top right.

Basic information that you may update includes:

• Name
• Additional Contact Details
• Synced Accounts

To update personal information, contact support. Please provide both the current information on the account and the updated personal information you would like associated with your account. There may be additional documentation requested in order to verify the validity of the request. 

Personal information that cannot be edited without verifications may include:

• Primary Banking Information
• Personal Identification
  • Government ID
  • SSN / SIN
  • Original Address
  • Full Registration Name
